  • ORRE Studio entrusts the delivery of products to various providers and offers several delivery options to clients. Orders are delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase.

CERAMIC TILES
ORDERING
  • No minimum quantity.

    • Any modification or cancellation of an order must be requested in writing within 7 days following its confirmation. After this period, no changes will be accepted.

    • Custom or personalized tiles cannot be canceled or returned.

    • Product returns are at the customer’s expense.

  • Please give us a call to arrange an appointment; we will be happy to meet you. If visiting is not possible, we can send samples upon request. Sample pricing depends on the quantity and size.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
  • ORRE Studio entrusts the delivery of products to various providers and offers several delivery options. Orders are delivered to the address specified during purchase.

    Delivery times are provided at the time of order. In case of subcontracting, delivery times may be slightly extended, and the client will be informed.

RETURN POLICY
  • We do not accept returns for made-to-order/personalized items. However, you can cancel the contract within 7 days after the order has been finalized. Product returns are at the customer’s expense.

  • It is quite unlikely that tiles arrive damaged.

    • Upon receipt, the client must inspect the products and report any issues (breakage, visible defects) within 5 business days.

    • Check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier.

    • If there are damages or shortages, the recipient must

    • Immediately document the nature and extent of the damage upon receipt on the delivery receipt.

    • Confirm the claim to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days following delivery (Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code).

    These conditions are mandatory to hold the carrier accountable.

    Damage caused during installation is not covered by ORRE Studio.

CARE & SUITABILITY
  • Our tiles are waterproof and easy to clean. We recommend using a soft cloth and water for cleaning.

  • Our tiles are suitable for all types of indoor walls, including kitchens and bathrooms.

    • It is unlikely that a mirror arrives damaged. Upon receipt, the client must inspect the products and report any issues (breakage, visible defects) within 5 business days.

    • Check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier.

    • The transfer of risk occurs when the client receives the products. If there are damages or shortages, the client must:

    • Immediately document the nature and extent of the damage upon receipt on the delivery receipt.

    • Confirm the claim to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days following delivery (Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code).

    • These conditions are mandatory to hold the carrier accountable.

    • Damage caused during the installation of the mirror is not covered by ORRE Studio
